Pure Cigs Review

Pure Cigs Review

Pure Cigs might be one of the best up-and-coming brands of electronic cigarettes on the market. They certainly have a reserved aura that can fit any lifestyle. Compared to some other brands, though, Pure Cigs doesn’t really have any name recognition. Is that indicative of a lack in quality or is Pure Cigs just a diamond in the rough?

Just a brief look at their starter kits might reveal to you that they’re a diamond in the rough. They may have the cheapest express kit on the market pried  at an affordable $14.99. There’s really no excuse not to try it and  start vaping with a price that low. Even if you’re skeptical, you could certainly waste 15 bucks on something worse. The closest express kit on the market in terms of price is Revolver’s which retails for about $5 more. Perhaps the best thing about the Pure Cigs model is that it comes with a battery, a USB charger, and 4 cartridges. Crown7’s express kit features 1 battery, 1 charger, and 2 Refill cartridges for $37.77. There’s really no coming close to Pure Cigs Express Kit affordable price.

If you want a little something more substantial, you can level up to the XL Starter Kit for $41.99. Ironically, with as cheap and valuable as their express kit is, their XL Kit doesn’t really offer much more. You do get two Extra Large batteries for more puffs and a longer-lasting charge, but otherwise you get the same four cartridges and the same USB charger. NicStick provides much more than this with a price tag of only $29.95.

In spite of that, Pure Cigs still comes on top with an affordable price tag of $14.99 on their express kit.

Customer Service

Pure Cigs is one of the foremost electronic cigarette companies when it comes to customer service. They open up virtually all lines of communication to get you the best support around. They have a customer support hotline displayed clearly on their website. They also have an online chat option where you can text chat with representatives from either the support staff or the sales staff. You can also e-mail them or send them a contact form which they will respond to relatively quickly. Only Blu Cigs seems to offer comparable service to Pure Cigs. When compared to a vendor like Halo Cigs, Pure Cigs seems like the Mother Theresa of the electronic cigarette world. They also have a Facebook page and a Twitter account but it appears as if no one really pays attention to those. Of course, customers don’t really have to rely on Facebook to contact Pure Cigs because the lines of communication are already wide open.

Pure Cigs really provides exemplary customer service.

Warranty Coverage

There’s really no coverage that beats lifetime and that’s exactly what Pure Cigs offers. Many other brands (V2 Cigs, Smoke Tip, and Green Smoke to name a few) also offer lifetime warranties. Virtually all lifetime warranties are limited in some respect. Batteries and atomizers each have their own life expectancies and will stop working eventually. Either way, it’s nice to know that you don’t have to worry about anything when it comes to getting replacement equipment.

Refill Cartridges Selection

Pure Cigs only features a lineup of 7 different flavors. They do cover all their bases though when it comes to traditional flavors. They have three different tobaccos, menthol, vanilla, cherry, and a nutty blend. There’s not a lot to get excited about with this selection, but you don’t have to worry about any e-liquid gimmicks. Pure Cigs keeps it basic.
